How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership all you have to do is visit the billing companies website which is www.cgbilling.com. From there just click on the "CANCEL" button and fill out the form with your information. They will cancel your membership right away.

I can't remember my password, can you help?

You can contact us by sending an email to customer.service@bluebirdfilmsusa.com. Provide me with as much information as you can including the email address you used to join the site, which site you joined and I will get back with you as soon as I can.

What hours is customer service available for the web?

Our billing company CGBilling aka Commerce Gate has their own hours but if you need something outside of that, our web team is available via email (customer.service@bluebirdfilmsusa.com) Monday through Friday 10 am to 10 pm EST, excluding major US holidays. It is currently Thursday February 23, 2012 at 12:07 am EST.

If I cancel my membership when does my password expire?

Memberships are based on a 30 day cycle so if you cancel your membership today, your access to the site won't actually expire until your original 30 days is up, which is 30 days from the last time you were billed.

How often is the site updated?

We promise you will have weekly updates on the Glambirds site and sometimes several udpates a week! Some days we may update a photo set while others may be a video. It really just depends on what is shot in the studio and made available to us (the web team) to post for you. If you have a specific request for a video or photo set featuring a specific girl just let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Can I email my favorite Glambird?

Yes members have the ability to contact their favorite Glambird via email including Gemma Massey, Anna Lovato and Natasha Marley. While we can't guarantee they will always email you back, we can promise that we will deliver your message.
